Refund policy

We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order.

  • If the product is received, it will be eligible for a replacement, only in cases where there are defects found in the product and you have an unboxing video (uncut, non edited)of the package received and where the defect is visible on the same video.
  • If you think, the package is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept to accept the package and mail us immediately at shaaradiofficial@gmail.com   ,mention your Order ID and Docket/Tracking number. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you.

While requesting for an Exchange, please make sure that the product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.

  • Exchange/Return requests will be accepted that are placed within 24 hours of receiving the product (For damaged products only).
  • Exchange/Returns will not be eligible for a slight color variation / not liking the product or product Quality as the product sent will be as same as shown and described on product page.
  • Exchange/Return/Refund will not be eligible for the products purchased during Sale/Offer Period.
  • Exchange option will be eligible for defected pieces only with an uncut unboxing video of the same. No request will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
  • No Return/Exchange request will be entertained without Unboxing video.
  • Exchange/Returns/Refund will not be eligible for Customized products.
  • Order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing an order if the product is not prepared/Shipped already. 
  • Order cancellation request won't be accepted during Sale/Offer period.
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Please Note- No other Video/photos of the product delivered will be considered as proof of damage apart from the uncut/non editedvideo of unboxing.
