1. Is there any shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for all the prepaid orders in India.

2. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

No, Currently we are accepting prepaid orders only due to COVID-19 restrictions.

3.Are you associated with any other online websites?

No, we are not associated with any other online websites/pages (except @vaastrastudio).All the products by Shaaradi India are exclusively available at shaaradi.com only. 

4. Can we send Shaaradi Product as a gift?

Yes, drop an email at @shaaradiindia if you need the product gift-wrapped with a personalized note (if needed).

5.Do you have a physical store/Outlet?

Shaaradi.India is an online based platform.We operate from Guwahati,India.

6.Is International shipping available?

Yes,we do.Please check 'Shipping & Delivery' .

7.What should i do in case of a defect in the product purchased from your store?

In some cases, the color of the product might slightly vary due to different lighting conditions/difference in resolution of screens.We do not accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of color.The fabric we use  for the products are premium and same as shown/described on the website. All our products go through quality check before dispatching and shipping. Hence,Return or Exchange will only be accepted if you have received the wrong product or if you have an unboxing video of the damaged product.Amount will be refunded only after receiving the package or after picking up the package for return shipping by our courier person.

8.What do i do if i need customization on a product or a customized product?

9.Is there any Exchange/Return Policy?
