1. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we do accept cash on delivery on Selected Products.
COD not available for Ready Blouses.
2.Do you have a physical store/Outlet?
Shaaradi is an online based platform. We operate from Guwahati, India.
3.What should I do in case of a defect in the product purchased from your store?
In some cases, the color of the product might slightly vary due to different lighting conditions/difference in resolution of screens. We do not accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of color. All our products go through quality check before dispatching and shipping. Return or Exchange will only be accepted if you have received the wrong product or if you have a unboxing video of the damaged product. Amount will be refunded only after receiving the package or after picking up the package for return shipping by our courier person.
4.What do I do if I need customization on a product or a customized product?
